You can buy a single cord, but we also offer two kits and the reason is simple. Purchasing a la carte means you paying more a lot less. It has been our experience that if a person has the proper gear they will be far more successful on their fitness journey. Not only that, they become more creative with their workouts.
We offer two kits: 6 band (3pr) system & 10 band (5pr) system. Both systems come with a storage bag, Power X Cords, comfort grip handles and ankle straps.
After extensive testing we’ve determined that 32 inches is ideal length for all around use and optimal performance. Allowing them to also be used as either a small or large loop band. Our bands extend to 85 inches.

No! Even though we’ve built in over stretch protection we don’t recommend continually pulling the cords to the full extent (fully locked out). If you are maxing out your cords it is likely you are not able to perform the exercises safely or correctly. Simple adjust your position to prevent them from locking out.

Simple, it drives up the price and limits the exercises you can accomplish. Plus they become too bulky to pack for travel. How many handles does one need, you only have two hands. lol
